The **Wasapmatic Form** is an additional platform that relates and integrates with the main Wasapmatic system. For now, the main feature of **Wasapmatic Form** is to collect phone databases.

To access this **Wasapmatic Form**, you need to ask permission from the admin and after getting the approval, you can access your account at this link: <https://form.wasapmatic.com/>
