The API Keys Secret ID and WhatsApp Unique ID are the important parts that you need to know if you want to automate or you want to integrate with another platform. Please make sure you understand how to create these 2 IDs.
Go to the Tool section and click the API Keys menu.
Then, click the Add Key Button.
A popup will appear. Name your API Key and choose the permissions.
Name: Any name. For your reference.
Permissions: Choose/tick any feature permission that you want to use.
After you create the API key, it will be listed in the system. Then, you can copy the API Key/Secret ID by clicking the copy button (as in the picture below).
The API key will work based on the permission that you choose in the early setup. Make sure to choose the permissions based on your requirements/needs. You also can edit or delete the API Key anytime.
After you import/link your WhatsApp account to the system, each WhatsApp account will have an individual unique ID that represents the WhatsApp account.
To get the WhatsApp Unique ID, go to the Dashboard section and click the Host menu. Then, click the WhatsApp menu.
From the list of your WhatsApp accounts, click the copy button (refer picture below) to copy your WhatsApp Unique ID. Just choose the Unique ID from the WhatsApp account that you want to use.
