How To Upload Contacts With Excel File

Another method to upload contact (database) is by importing the Excel file. This method is suitable for those who have a lot of contacts that need to be uploaded quickly.

But, make sure you already created a Contact Group and know your Group ID (important!) before using this method. (see How To Create Groups)
